New radiators fitted throughout, very pleasant young man. Was very tidy, on time and work done to a high standard. Will be using them for my boiler installation in the summer.

We have used London Heating in two instances, once in our flat in Hampton and more recently in our house in Sunbury on Thames. We chose this company because of their excellent ratings on CheckaTrade, which we trusted because of the large number of testimonials. In both instances, we found their service impeccable. Their team may be young, but their approach is definitely "old school": they want things done properly and done right the first time - these guys obviously do not like cutting corners. The solution they suggested for our boilers proved to be reliable and truly cost effective. Their engineers turned up on time, were approachable and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Engineer came by to check out a working boiler, left us with a broken one. Two hours later I called their office to report the issue, I was rudely told that the boiler is working because that's what the engineer wrote on his job sheet... Many phone calls later someone said the engineer would call me to arrange a new appointment - radio silence. We're now left without hot water and having to make alternative arrangements to shower. Very disappointing, would not recommend.
