Your plumber did a great job. He said it would take a day and a half to complete, he came on time, did a a great job and left everything tidy. I will definitely use your service again if I need to! Worth every penny.

Very responsive. Called them yesterday. The boiler they installed a year ago started to leak. Even though no engineers were available until next week, the kind administrator managed to find one who came to fix my boiler literally in 30 mins from the moment I called them. Never before had I experienced a similar customer focus :)

All of our call outs have been more than satisfactory. Efficient, polite and knowledgeable plumbers who have sorted the problem there and then. There have been a couple of occasions when some further work was recommended, however a temporary fix was put in place until / if we decided to go ahead with the advice given.
