Okay – let’s cut to the chase, blocked drains are not a nice thing to sort out so the thought of tackling a blocked main sewer drain in my house was not something I was looking forward to. So here is my short but relevant feedback via email to Lanes for Drains who did a first rate and excellent job yesterday (17 Jun 12). “Following a call to my insurance company the Lanes for Drains representative called ahead to say he would be with me within the hour. He turned up promptly, was extremely polite; explained everything that was going on and promptly sorted the problem out. No fuss, no bother and efficient; what more could you ask for? So a huge thank you to Lanes for Drains; if Mark is the standard of the staff from the company then you are getting it right. I will certainly be recommending you to others if they find themselves in the unfortunate position I found myself in today. Thank you again.”
