Team was quick to respond to my plumbing issue and offered a great rate on the work which was done! would recommend
Called them at midnight last week to fix a dripping / leaking pipe in my boiler. Was not made aware of any call out fees. Plumber arrived in 30 mins and spent approx 45 mins at the property. At the end, I was charged a £450 call out fee plus another £400 to replace a small plastic fitting on the end of a pipe. £850 for 45 mins work and a new bit of plastic. See attached photo of the repair. If this wasn't bad enough, the plumber also failed to turn the water off during the "fix". This caused a multi-gallon water surge to leak onto my carpet causing an additional £100 damage that had to be sucked out of my carpets the next day by a specialist repair company. Reported the matter to trading standard via Citizens Advice. If you need an emergency plumber, please do not book this company. Their charges are appalling and not in proportion to work done / costs.
