Completely fraud,unprofessional, very bad attitude helpless people..They called they best engineers they they left me 10 days with no heating or hot water keeping charging insurance compnay labour and insurance compnay sending me the bill they engineer not diagnosed fault in my boiler and advice me that you need to change few parts but not found the fault. and so rude atttude engineer have. after 10 days they cannot find boiler PCB board and said we can't help anymore. what a rubbish service they have..Next day i found PCB board around the area and not 200 pond only 55 pound fitted by local engineer..they engineer conned peoples .....helpless useless peoples... dont want see thier faces again. every visit charges are £200....................... Even they not worth for single star.........
