If I could, I would have given 0 stars. The workers are ok but don't do a lot given you are paying top rates! The management are absolute rubbish. BE AWARE there are many builders out there who will do the job for half the price and better.
Have only had good experiences with Coulson's. They're extremely reliable, turn up on time, keep you updated. If only all plumbers/builders/sparkies were like this!
I would not recommend this company at all, very poor service and a total rip off! I had asked for a quote for a job and then got a bill of £60 for just the quote and then when I finally received the quote, it was so extremely expensive, I found the whole experience a complete farce! Also in the process of trying to get someone to come and make the quote, I had to chase them many times to come around. Total disregard for the customer, very poor service!
