The service guy left a hole in foundation after repair. Just left old pipe laying on ground and threw the water hose over my bushes with total disregard for my property. I sent pictures and email to the company with no response. I called the company and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I think this will help you decide not to use this company for any service or repair.

Secretary was very nice and professional but this was Absolutely the WORST experience we have EVER had with a “professional “ plumber ! Tromped our bushes and landscaping and tracked through the house with dirty shoes. Scraped up our gutters with a ladder and refused to clean out main drain line . Was very rude and in a big hurry with no regard to property or our needs as a customer. Was VERY RUDE and disrespectful to my wife and to me on the phone ( I was at work) Showed up in Roto Rooter truck so if they were subbing for someone they need to find someone else. I was told The Florence Roto Rooter And Beck are one in the same by other plumbers . He gave us some cock and bull story about needing a backhoe to dig and put a cleanout in when we had a cleanout on our poarch ! Got on the roof for no reason and slammed the door in my wife’s face when she was asking him about the job. Called another plumber who took care of it in a very efficient and professional manner the same day.
