Had to ring Plumb-Bay today regarding a tap I bought from them in 2010. The person I spoke with was most polite and helpful. He spent time correctly identifying the tap then directing me to the makers where I was given a Code so that I am now able to purchase the correct replacement valve. I would certainly shop with Plumb-Bay in future and recommend them to others.
