Don't hesitate in calling John, he's an absolute hero! the heating engineers contracted by my housing association had left me without heating and hot water for ten days during the coldest nights of winter, and after they failed to fix my boiler I found John on google. He came round the next day (Saturday) and got my boiler up and running again in no time, serviced it and gave me advice on specific problems I had been having with it for a long time. Poor communication, Poor service. Landlord had requested for a Boiler service and repair for a Vokera boiler, apparently there was a misunderstanding in what we had requested. Came one hour late and stayed for literally two seconds saying he could not check nor repair our boiler because it was a brand he doesn't work with. Grateful he did not charge.

John was recommended to me by a neighbour. My boiler had broken and required a plumber. He came on a Sunday at short notice with the correct bits of replacement parts (needed a new circuit board), fixed the problem and had everything up and running in no time. Will recommend to others.
