Rooter Nation Plumbing

I like working with these guys but they are definitely understaffed. The last few times I’ve called them, they have been completely booked up for over a week. They need to hire more staff if they can’t keep up with the workload. Though anytime that I have been able to use them, they have done a really good job

I have no idea who rooter nation plumbing is, but somebody was apparently using my account and wrote the following review: "On time, friendly and fixed our clogged drain quickly at the agreed upon $88 price. Rooter Nation was great!!" Be careful, this company may be hacking emails and writing good reviews for themselves.

I’ve used Rooter nation twice now! They’re awesome and efficient! I appreciate the quick service and everything is a straight forward price! No trip Charges or anything like that! I will continue to call them for plumbing needs!

I was under the impression I would have a working bathroom when they finished. John, of Rooter Nation, tried to open the tub and sink and poked a hole in the line and quit because he said, "I am afraid I may damage the line. You now have water in your crawl space." It was from the hole he put in the line. Since we renovated the one and only bathroom in the house six years ago I haven't had anyone else work on the plumbing. He offered to "bring in our own plumber" for an additional cost at that time. It was a Saturday and I couldn't/wouldn't pay the "unknown" costs of their plumber. It cost me an additional $240 to have sink and bathtub lines cleaned at a later date. The toilet did work fine. They did an excellent job on the sewer - tearing up and repairing the driveway. Just BEWARE you may not have a working bathroom when they finish - but they did a very good job on the sewer line. You need make sure you understand WHAT the agreement is before you put your money down.

Hey I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to let you all know that Josh and Brandon came to unclog my kitchen sink and into my laundry room. They made sure that the problems were fixed and also did my main line since there was some water coming from there not charging me extra. Thanks again for your help. Very nice and helpful. Courteous as well.
