We had an excellent experience with Shaws Plumbing & Heating. We have had very bad service in the past with other plumbing companies and we were really thrilled with the service we received. They returned our calls promptly, arrived exactly at the time they said they would and fixed the issue meticulously. I would not hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend them.

I called out Shaws Plumbing & Heating this morning after turning on stop cock and finding it had started dripping quite a lot. I first spoke with a lady who took number and details and then a man called back for more details and to confirm arrival time. I phoned at 10.53am and they'd been and fixed problem by 11.54am. Could not ask for a better service. HIGHLY recommended.
