Hadn't needed a plumber in years so I went to Google when we had a pipe burst in the bathroom. Luckily I could shut it off but with just 1 bathroom in our flat we couldn't wait forever to get it fixed. I'm sure everyone's call is urgent when it comes to plumbing but they were very polite and came the next day to get me sorted. Would recommend!
