Jeff put in a new bathroom in our extension and we had a horrendous experience with him with what I can only describe as a catalogue of errors, constant illness, absence, excuses and rudeness. He had a lot of time off during the build which impacted on the builders. He did not work well with other trades and told our carpet fitters to go home. They said they felt intimidated. However, the worst problems have come after he left. The drawers of the sink unit stick and the toilet spits water out and creaks when it is sat on. The radiator in the main bedroom leaked and we had ask Jeff to come back 3 times to fix it. There were a no of cancellations & requests. We are now left with a green patch on a brand new carpet. We are left with a heating system six months later that still doesn’t come on. His response was failed appointments, excuses and a series of instructions that didn’t work. The final straw was when he told my husband to F off and sort the issue out himself.
