First visit I was charged £250 for two plastic elbows instead of £2.50, luckily I read my receipt from pdq machine and questioned the staff, and only then they refunded the 247.50 difference. On another visit I went with a family member to return a mirror, staff were very awkward about returning it although I only wanted to exchange it. They refused the return as there was a chip in the corner although that was already there and then they became aggressive when I argued my point. They started swearing and physically pushed me out of the shop. At this point I had no choice but to call the police to the site as this was unacceptable

*BEWARE*The people here are not interested in service only in money,they couldn't care about you in the slightest they are fake smiles once they've extracted as much money as they can out of you theyll forget all about you.If you know what's best never put money in their pockets,not a penny.

They make prices up depending on how they feel on the day beware check items before leaving the shop they will sell you goods damaged then won't exchange them they came recommended by a builder I Was using amrik of mk builders in southall both parties defrauded me of lots of money no wonder they have big flash german cars beware guys
