Alex and the crew are amazing. We've had to call Scorus Plumbing on a number of occasions and they've always responded immediately. Great service that went above and beyond our expectations each time. And super reasonable pricing.

Terrible service, incorrect diagnose and advice given! We called for a gas engineer to resolve a gas leak, he left without fixing the problem for us but still charged us for one hour of labour with an unreasonable, ridiculous rate! (It was per 30min rate rather than hourly rate). He also diagnosed the problem incorrectly and gave us the wrong advice. The problem could have been resolved within 15min as we got another gas engineer to come and resolve. How ridiculous is that we had to pay for an incompetent gas engineer who has resolved nothing for us!

Excellent service and workmanship from the team putting in a new bathroom and doing a full loft conversion. The guys carrying out the job worked extremely hard, had attention to detail and cleaned up daily. I have recommended the service to many of my friends already and will certainly use again myself.
