Charged me £150 to unblock my waste pipe, after quoting £65. A few weeks later the pipe was blocked again. I called and was told to use someone else. Such a waste of my money using these people. Next time I will use someone that does a proper job.

Excellent engineers with great knowledge. My boiler had broken down two days before Christmas and we had the family around. Amazingly they managed to fit a new boiler the next day with no hassle or extortionate fee. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We've been using A1 since we moved to Thornton Heath in 1987 and have always found them 100% reliable and a pleasure to do business with.
