Tom is very professional, transparent and does an excellent job. He doesn’t choose the easy way to get the job done, but chooses what suites the client or is aesthetically better. I needed a shower replacing and 2 bidets fitted and all was done well, and the place was left spotless. We've recently had a complete bathroom strip out and fit by Tom. So far as bathroom jobs go, ours definitely has to be on the complex end with some very fine detailing and the full set of trades - electrical, plastering, tiling, carpentry, decorating. Tom did the most outstanding job and I cannot recommend him enough. It is a very rare thing to find his eye for detail and a desire to get a job done right, I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any job however big or small. Very friendly from quote through to completion, and also unlike some other builders or firms, Tom was there every day rather sending his juniors or other trades unsupervised, makes a big difference to quality.
