Golden West Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical

This is a great company. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. Call on the weekend - even after hours - someone answers - someone that is helpful. I use them for my air conditioner. Carlos their Tec on my service call was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, asked if I had questions and put on "booties" every time he entered my house. Carlos did a great job being the face of the company. I would use this company again and would recommend them - my experience was just that great.

Andy from Golden West Plumbing did an an awesome job! I was really happy about the timely and professional response I had for a little gas emergency this morning. Andy came and inspected and gave me a few options and talked them all through thoroughly helping me to make a good decision to solve everything. He walked through everything after he finished and told me to follow up if I had any questions. I could not have asked for a better professional and work. I am really happy and will stick with Golden West in the future. Thanks!

Great experience with Golden West all around. The phone was answered promptly when I called. The rep was polite and friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. Chris VanMeter arrived in the window and I was given a call to confirm. The guys explained the process, gave me an estimate to repair or replace, and got to work. About 30 minutes later my swamp cooler was working and I was educated. Thanks again for the great service.

I Rick's crew came out and did an entire sewer line repair. They were awesome! Communicated well, worked long hours, explained what they were doing, and charged a fair price (compared to the 2 other quotes I received). A few weeks later Jose came out to repair our kitchen drain. He was also extremely professional and respectful. He took extra time to explain and show me everything he was doing and answer all my questions. I was very impressed with both of their work as well as their expediency. The only thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is the main office's ability to communicate and follow up after the work is done. It took them over 2 weeks to get me a write up of the work for insurance and it still had some things missing. I would recommend them for work you need done, but be sure to get everything in writing that you might need while they are at your house.

I called Golden West to service the swamp cooler at our new house. We were able to get an appointment quickly, the dispatch/scheduler was friendly and communication was great. Our service tech, Brendan was prompt, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend Golden West and will use them going forward.
