Jamie took on a really complex job for us, replacing all the leaking plastic pipes in our whole house with new copper. This was very technically challenging, but he managed to do it with minimal disruption to our house. If you need a plumber who is able to find a creative solution to a difficult problem, Jamie is your man to call. He knows exactly what he is doing, and the work is to an excellent standard. He is also a very nice man to have around in your home. Being local, he has popped round straight away to sort out minor teething problems, and I will certainly book him again in the future.

Great efficient service. James came to fix the issue on the same day I phoned him. He requested photos of the problem before he arrived so he was able to turn up with the correct replacement parts, saving time and hassle. Would definitely recommend.

I was highly recommended James to help me when my boiler died. James came out the same day and fixed the boiler within 20 mins after the previous engineer told me I would need a new boiler and it couldn’t be fixed. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable I can’t recommend enough.

Exceptionally fast response over the Christmas period to our heating issues - about 30 mins from call to arriving. James of KT Gas sorted our initial problems with the heating and then returned on NY Eve to power flush the system before fitting a new boiler on Jan 2nd. Friendly, skilled and efficient. Brilliant. Called at 10.30pm on a Saturday Night. Returns call, comes over, resolves underfloor heating issue in 15 minutes and ensure a Dad like me doesn't need to worry about a 10 month old son and 7 year old daughter waking up to a cold house. Now THAT'S what you call service!
