Jake Lockwood Plumbing and Heating Services offers an excellent service. Jake is a first class plumber. Trustworthy, reliable and a great communicator. I first met Jake when he did some work for me on a renovation 3 years ago. I was so pleased with the level of service I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. Jake and his team now take care of all emergency and routine work, such as Gas Safety Certification, for me on my home and rental property. Highly recommended!

Recently used JM Lockwood plumbing to fit new cast iron radiators in the downstairs of my house as well as re-do my downstairs toilet (new basin and toilet unit). Jake was fantastic throughout the process was clear that he was very knowledgable and knows his stuff. Jake and his team were friendly and very tidy ensuring there was no mess left after. Will definitely be using JM Lockwood and his team again for my upcoming boiler service and highly recommend them for anyones upcoming plumbing and heating needs!

Very unhappy about Jake's unprofessional customer service. He is very unreliable person and obviously he has got too much money and doesn't want to earn anymore. We arranged that he will come on Saturday to investigate smell of gas from boiler problem and do a power flush of the heating system. He didn't show up and instead he blamed someone else that should but didn't come. We arranged that he will come personally on the next day (Sunday). After waiting for over an hour and chasing him where he is, I got return message "if you want to make it tomorrow let me know so I can make the arrangements". That's some kind of JOKE, I wasted my whole weekend, never been treated that way by any company. Beware, don't use this company!!!
