AVOID them. Had new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom done. Design phase was good. Installation took longer than expected. No quality checks done at end of the job but looked good on the surface. 3 months after installation started to notice problems. Turns out neither bath or downstairs loo had been installed correctly. Leak through to kitchen and into bedroom. £900 worth of damage caused. Loo constantly blocking - very unpleasant. Customer service when handling the complaint was poor. Did not take responsibility... tried to blame installer and shared aspects of his personal life as an excuse. Very unprofessional. No goodwill payment offered for 2 months of inconvenience and stress we have been through getting all the repairs done. Feel now that we were overcharged in the first place (our fault). Do NOT use this company.

Northampton H2O are reasonably priced and have never let us down we can highly recommend them!

After coming down one morning to find our boiler had stopped working we gave h2o a ring. They had an engineer out with us that afternoon who confirmed it had broken. They provided us with a quote to repair and a very competitive quote to install a new system as ours was the original boiler installed (1980's). We received great service throughout and would definitely recommend.
