Rob was able to come out to my house within a few hours of being called. Very professional and nice. Luckily, there were no major issues that needed fixed. He didn't even charge me for the visit. Will definitely be using Allied Plumbing and Heat in the future as needed.

I recently had water damage to my house. I Called several places because my insurance company asked me to contact a plumber to verify where the water damage was coming from I called several places and none of them could come out on the same day. One of them said they would charge $200. Rob came out and verified the cause of the water damage and would not charge me. He also removed the old dishwasher. I will definitely call this company the next time I need a plumber.

My usual company was unavailable when I needed service. Our problem was small but fixed easily and quickly. Communication was good overall, first receptionist got all of our info entered incorrectly somehow, but other office person caught it after I called back with a question. I would try them again.

We appreciated how quickly the issue was identified and repaired. We were visiting from out of state while our son-in-law is deployed and it was a great comfort to know our family has a reliable and friendly plumbing services available in the Fountain area.

Would definitely recommend. Plumber came on time and fixed my sink quickly! Great customer service overall.
