Used this company in 2013, and tried to use again in 2018 thinking they'd be reliable and professional. Far from it. Empty promises of callbacks, waiting for an engineer to get back to me as promised, rude lady on the phone (kept talking over me and use a bad tone of voice). Found a much more professional service elsewhere with 'Plumb London' in the end.
