Highly recommended. Had no heating or hot water at the weekend and couldn't find anyone to come short notice without wanting to charge me to earth. Came within 2 hours and rectified there and then. A+++ service

Took 2 days to arrange an appointment for a time Jav could do. He then cancelled at the time of the appointment saying he was stuck in traffic on the A12. Given that is an hour away I cannot see that any effort was made at all to keep the appointment time. When I complained at this, Jav told me that he cancels whenever he likes. So, if you want a tradesman who is happy to cancel whenever he likes, Jav is your man.
