Rescue 1 Plumbing

I called about a clogged drain in my bathroom. The technician was unable to get a snake far enough from either the sink or the shower, and couldn't clear the block with a hose. I was charged $85 for the ineffective drain cleaning and told that the only possible way to clear the blockage was to replace all of the old iron pipes with PVC. Rescue 1 would be happy to perform these services for only $3,750. Instead, I bought a $20 pipe wrench and a $7 snake, and found the clog myself. Good as new. They get two stars because the technician was friendly and professional, and he showed up when they said he would. Ultimately though, they were a complete waste of money.

Had a serious plumbing issue. Called 25 plumbers in town. Rescue 1 was the only one who responded to messages left. Once they received the message they were there and fixed the issue with some upgrades that were definitely needed. No pressure and the cost was very reasonable. Great customer service. Saved my duplex from more serious damage.

Great service and price!

Thanks to Rescue 1 Plumbing, I now have a new main water line going to my house in Grand Junction. Chad and his team, did a great job at a really fair price. And with excellent customer service, thru the entire process they were able to get the job done even without me being home. Even the after hours dispatch person followed up within minutes of my call, to make sure my initial leak was not an emergency. Then withing a couple days of me calling them, they had they were able to start and finish the job.... two thumbs up.

Excellent service and fair pricing. Andy did a great job installing our gas range, kitchen faucet and water heater. He was friendly and professional, as was the owner Chad. Will not hesitate to call these guys for future plumbing needs.
