Roto-Rooter

My drain backed up four days after they serviced it. They used a camera and told us there weren't any roots or anything. When I called back, they said it wasn't under warrantee because of the "condition of the line." This backs up maybe once a year and has a ton of use. I meant to go with someone else with a similar name (and who is MUCH cheaper) in the first place but called them instead. So sorry I did.

Over an hour late and was supposed to be the first appointment of the day.
