What an awful company to deal with! They charged us over £1000 for a pump which does not work for our system, they refused to give us any info on the pump nor admitted they have sold us a wrong pump despite the evidence has clearly indeciated something is not right with the pump. They also try to charge us more money to come back to fix the problem which is caused by the pump in the first place. We are in the process of talking to consume Ombusman and trading standard about this issue. Very strange ( and pretty sure it is not legal ) that they refuse to give customer the info on the product they bought, no guarantee slip, instruction manual or anything on paper confirms the product details. Would not recommend anyone to use this company.
