I had a leak in my kitchen and a problem with some pipework. We have an old house and old plumbing but it didn't phase Bob. They were able to come out in a couple of hours and kept me updated with calls and texts on accurate ETAs which was useful. Fantastic work and really helpful team. It was a great price and and honestly quoted which I appreciated. I've recommended them to other family friends living in the area and will be using them again when we need more work done.

Excellent initially, a nightmare if problems arise. the DW guy reacts with stress and lack of quick effective solutions. Customer or team member to blame. Might be good for quick jobs. To avoid for more complex: bad time management (often other works), no supervision of workers, lack of work preparation. Finally charged me for his mistakes and overreacted when I've asked for splitting the additional charges to check. I've been overwhelmed by messages and calls, then finally charged of everything when DW issued a reviewed invoice. What to say there are those who live for quality and other for quantity. However, the plumber engineer that works for DW is fine and works well (additional star or it was 1 only)

Needed a plumber quite urgently for a leaking tap. Richard told me he would be 1.5 hours when I rang and arrived on time. he quickly got the job done and left me in full confidence. I definitely recommend him and will use the services again in the future.
