James is very friendly and helpful, and was happy to work around my own schedule, coming round in the evening and at a weekend without any suggestion of extra charges. He worked efficiently and cleanly, keeping me fully informed about what he was doing and why, and his charges were extremely reasonable. Once the faulty boiler was fixed he was happy to wait at my house for a full hour just to make sure the problem didn’t recur, at no additional charge. I will definitely be calling James if I have any plumbing or heating issues in the future!
