I called these guys out to check my septic system because my plumber said I had some back-up grey water coming back into the crawl space. They came out in a timely manner, even tho the time frame was not going to fit nicely in their schedule they still came out. They located and inspected the septic and told me everything was in working order and the plumber was wrong. They told me to not worry about the service fee and just call them up if/when the time comes to pump it out. They even told me how to get a riser in so that pumping the tank will be much more effective. Great family business! Highly recommended by a local homeowner :)

Craig, Tony, and Sara are really super! They are very knowledgeable aboit septic systems and willing to answer any question you may have. They don't attempt.to sell you anything you don't actually need and their fees are very competitive. I wasn't looking forward to having my swptis tank pumped but they made it easy! Craig even returned calls after business hours! I highly recommend them!

Rooter-Man of Montrose saved our house and my sanity. We bought an older house and we figured the septic tank should be pumped. However, we could NOT find the septic tanks! We called every other septic company in Montrose, and no one else responded to our calls. Craig came out with his crew, found our tanks, and pumped them out. He said that it looked like they hadn't been pumped out in 30 years and that we were DAYS from having a major sewer backup into our house. The price was really reasonable, especially given the time that it took to find and dig out our tanks--and of course a fraction of what a cleanup would have cost us. Now we have clean tanks, green caps on the tanks so any future homeowner of this house will find them, and an extremely happy customer who will never use anyone else for their septic needs.
