The Easy Button. I purchased a home and needed to remodel my bathroom top to bottom. They made this so simple for someone who basically knew nothing about plumbing. I knew what the end result needed to be and that's about it. I have now have had them service my a/c and furnace. The technicians answered my questions in a way I could understand. I feel more like well informed home owner now. They didn't try to oversell or make a dollar they didn't need to. For this single mom, I love having options and well informed decisions I can make. Highly recommend.

We have used Keenan's plumbing several times, every time we have had a problem they have come the same day and fixed our problem immediately. The staff has always been friendly, and professional. We have always been very satisfied with the work that they have done for us, and the price has always been very low for the work they do. The owners are Kind and generous people and do so much for our community. They also did a fantastic job at the New Columbine Middle School. I would highly recommend Keenan's Plumbing and Heating !

After coming home to water gushing out of my garage from my hot water heater, Keenan's was very quick to come to my aid. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There was some difficulty with billing and a rude office employee but Lisa was quick to rectify the situation and she went above and beyond to make the experience less frustrating.

I had my house winterized over a month ago and they still have not pulled the money from my account. I called two weeks after it was done to see if I could find out how much it cost to make sure money was in the account and The woman was rude to me and hung up on me when she couldn’t answer my question. I called at three weeks and the lady was very nice (only reason they get two stars) and said she wasn’t sure why it hadn’t gone through but would call me when she knew how much it was. She didn’t. Then at four weeks I called again and they told me the amount and it was one hundred dollars over the quote. This Thursday will be five weeks and the money still hasn’t been pulled from my account. Would not recommend.
