Tim came out very quickly to fix a leak, he said it was just loose so tightened it up and charged £30 and off he went. I was initially happy only to realise the leak hadn't stopped at all. I have politely repeatedly asked him to come back and fix it. He has not showed up the one time he agreed to and now he won't even answer a text. Not happy at all! £30 down and still have a leak which is now worse than ever.

Tim did a small job in our kitchen where he installed a new sink and tap. He is very professional, friendly and reliable.
