Repair Force

Absolutely terrible service. The co-ordinator on the end of the phone was the rudest guy ever, he basically expected me to completely work around them even when I was trying to be as flexible as possible (I work too). Choose a more reputable company, otherwise expect complete rudeness.

The worst service I came across. The third time today, the "engineers" failed to show up despite the two calls I have made asking for confirmation. The staff completely unhelpful and not a call back to inform me of the delays or the no show up. Absolutely not recommending this and do believe the bad reviews.

The repair job was completed well and the person doing the work was courteous and thoughtful to not track in London's grime when entering my flat. It would have been a '5 star' rating had he been able to arrive within the agreed 5-hour time-frame instead of being there ±30 minutes afterward. These things happen.....

Happy with their excellent customer service I received from both workmen that came to my house. They were both so tidy and helpful and a really good example of efficiency and wonderful manners!.
