We are so delighted with the service provided by Atlas property developments, Ryan and Chris and their team to carry out our renovations which included creating structural openings between the kitchen, utility room and dining room, fitting a new kitchen. We were so pleased with their work we added more jobs including renovating floors and fitting a new bathroom. All the work was completed to the highest standard and the finished results are even better than we hoped for. The kitchen was beautifully fitted including expertly adapting many of the units to fit our individual dimensions, and the radiators were precisely placed to fit with existing furniture. They worked so hard to give us exactly what we asked for, and we are delighted with all aspects of the job. Once the job started the team attended every day without fail, and all the work was completed in good time. It was a real pleasure to have they in our house, they have transformed the house and we would not hesitate to hire them again. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We used Atlas Property Developments for our double story extension in Cardiff. This company is run in a no nonsense way with quality of build their highest priority. During the building of my extension the owners Chris and Ryan kept me informed at every stage of what was being done. All tradesmen were courteous and friendly, and each were highly skilled and exceptionally good at their jobs. The job was completed to a very high standard, both on time and within budget. This building company shows real pride in their work, and I would highly recommend Atlas Property Developments to anybody thinking of having work done on their property.

Disabled wet room design and installation carried out. Chris, Ryan and Ricki have done a brilliant job on our disabled wet room refurbishment. They were all professional in their work and their attitude and everything was completed to a very high standard. The quote wasn’t the cheapest but excellent work carried out, I was told never go for the cheapest quote as you pay for what you get, As I made this mistake before with another building company. Atlas was worth every penny. It looks fantastic we would highly recommend them to anyone and I'm sure we will be contacting them again in the future! Thank you Atlas and the team

I took a couple of months before completing this review on my kitchen and bathroom refurbishment as I wanted to reflect on the kitchen, bathroom and Atlas property developments craftsmanship. Immediately following the fitting of the kitchen I was immensely satisfied, two months on I am equally as satisfied. I have had no problems with the kitchen and all the fixtures and fittings work to the original design. Testament to Atlas, is that I have now employed them a few times on a wide range of construction projects from the external walls of my house and refurbishing an on suite bathroom. I fully recommend Atlas as a fantastic local builder with an excellent work ethic and a superb eye for detail resulting in a tremendous end product many thanks for your all your hard work.

We had our kitchen and dining room converted into an open plan family space this involved the removal of an entire chimney, relocating windows and doors, all electrics, plumbing, making good walls floors etc. Finally fitting kitchen and appliances. We are very happy with the results. Premiere followed the architects plans carefully pointing out practical elements that we'd need to consider. We felt that communications were clear and professional and delivered to the high standards set by Ryan, Chris and the team. We've happily recommended to others.
