Now day 8 without hot water. Having been assured by K and M that the part had arrived and was ready for the engineer to collect and fit today, I've just had a call from the engineer to say sorry, it isn't in stock, hopefully it will be tomorrow. Simply cannot understand how it can take so long for them to get a part from their usual supplier, nor why they can't use another supplier if their usual one can't get the part. P.S. Only gave a one star review because no starts not an option.

Not had any work done by these people. However judging by the way they drive I wouldn't entertain them at all. Drive like absolute idiots, nearly got wiped out by one of their engineers today who clearly needs to go and retake his driving test, no regard for other road users and had a total lack of lane discipline. Will one day cause a crash by the standard of driving I witnessed today and certainly doesn't look good driving a company vehicle. Rang over.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Our central heating stopped working, we phoned our insurance who told us to use this company. Said they would come Saturday, stayed in , didn't come. Said they would come Sunday, stayed in , didn't come. Difficult to get hold of anyone no one answers the phone or responds to messages. Eventually an engineer came out the following Sunday said we needed a new pump, said he would order it and would be here middle of next week. Wednesday came and went then Thursday came and went no word from the company. Friday got hold of someone who said the part had not arrived . I pointed out that any plumbers merchants would have the part. They said probably be in Tuesday and they would phone , guess what no phone call . The insurance company apologised and told us to get our own plumber which we did. Wasted nearly 3 weeks waiting for this company. I'm surprised they are still in business.

If you're considering using this company why not consider enrolling at your local college and undertaking an NVQ level 2 in boiler maintenance instead. Not only will you learn a skill for life but you will also be able to complete the course and repair your own boiler quicker than this company will take- work was done for free through my insurance and I would actually rather pay my own money than use this company again.

Absolutely terrible. They sent an engineer out to fix a leaky boiler, after which the boiler stopped working altogether. Another engineer came out the day after (Monday) and told me that the boiler was no longer working as a result of the previous engineer over tightening a certain part. They ordered a new part, and told me it would come the next day and some one would ring to let me know. The following day, after having taken the day off work no one shows up. When i ring, they say the part is not available and that it will come tomorrow (Wednesday). Don't go in to work on Wednesday and i have the same issue. When the engineer finally comes out (The following Monday) he replaces the part, and within 15 minutes of him leaving, the boiler has broke once again. When i rang and told them this, they said someone would be out the next day. Lo and behold, no one does come out, and once again I'm told they will come out tomorrow (Wednesday). Once it reaches 3 o clock and no one has turned up, i ring to find out that the engineer has decided that my boiler is no longer "economically repairable" and that it should be replaced. An assessment that was not made when the engineer came on Monday to replace the part, and made without having even come out! Turns out the problem was to do with power not going to the boiler, which has now been sorted without having to replace the boiler. So no thanks to them, i would have replaced a perfectly functional boiler. Horrendous to deal with! Shoddy customer service!
