The system install was Monday, the tech showed up late spent 8 hours at the house departing around 2100. Only the south side of the house was on the softener system and the under the sink RO was working. The following day the tech and ops manager show up and determined they need to go further in on the water main to capture the north side of the house. They tell me I need to cut an access hole in the finished basement ceiling. I go to Lowe's buy a $20 access panel cut the hole see the T in the copper line and think all is good. The third day the tech shows up and cannot run the line through the ceiling, tells me there is something blocking the run. I get home from work run my endoscope and see nothing, so I used a 16 foot telescoping pole and it comes out the other end. The tech did leave the PEX tube, so I ran it for him to alleviate any issues when they show up for the 4th time to finish the install. I figured a proper site survey with photos when the salesperson came out made me feel good about spending so much money on a Kenetico system, but starting to have seconds doubts about this company's ability to perform the job. The 4th day was the final day. Two techs showed up this time and everything was completed in a timely manner. I understand change occurs in a company and they may have growing pains. They made good on the install and offered the one year maintenance checkup for free. I will update after that maintenance check occurs and hopefully the changes for the good take effect.
Beware of this company, horrible company and false promise by owner. I have got installed new Water Filtration System from this company back in Jan-19 till date no one has called for follow up appointment. There sales person was very proactive prior to the install, after install it seems this company vanished from the earth. The contract states they are suppose come back in a month after installation of new system to test the water. So I have attempted several calls myself, and have left VM and given message to the receptionist, finally got to speak the owner Dee who promised that their technician will call, its been over 3 weeks nothing yet. This is a preferred vendor of Home Depot who recommended. I have lodge a complain with Home Depot who is looking into the matter. Potential customer please be aware before you sign up with this company as this my experience.
This business is rotten. Our system has been broken for a month. The office doesn't answer the phone or call back when you leave a message, the can't get a part to fix my system, technicians are always hours behind schedule. Update...David did a great job of fixing our system. He was out multiple times to diagnose the problem, our system and water. He removed our system and rebuilt to meet the new water demands. Great technician!
We recently sold our house in Parker that is on well water. We had the well tested and it came back positive for coliform. After two shock treatments failed to clear it up, I called Kionics to see how I could fix the problem. Ralph was able to explain the different options available for my needs and what the costs would be. He didn't try and sell me a top of the line system and was very honest about what would be best for my situation. Even though they didn't have any availability to install the system until the following week, after explaining that we were closing in 3 days he managed to squeeze us in the day we closed! Kionics customer service is top notch and working with Ralph was a great experience. I would highly recommend them!
Kionics came to my house and provided me with the cleanest drinking water. The system is amazing. When they came and diagnosed the problem, they were quick to replace the system. Mike and David are very professional and so easy to work with.
