I was very impressed with the service. Booked a quote for a full rewire and the engineer was friendly and informative from design to finish. Once I had accepted the quote the job was booked in promptly. The works were completed in the advised time and the property was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend The Tradesmen Company and use them again for future projects.

Excellent value and came out to us really quickly. The engineer worked clean and tidily and was polite. We had a boiler go just when it started to get really cold and they came out and fixed it and then serviced it. Great service.

Terrible, fitted plug socket which isn't secured to wall, left gaping holes in another wall which is "how they always leave things" apparently, fitted some steel conduit which was cut too short on one so he unscrewed it so it would fit thinking I wouldn't notice. I had to fight to get the huge holes repaired, to which he turned up at a different time to that agreed, so I only saw after he had left what a shabby job he had done in filling. When I raised all of these complaints the company couldn't care less, I had to continually chase and finally received a very unprofessional email from one of their directors Darrell Kirby stating that the standard I experienced was what he felt was sufficient and he wouldn't be assisting any further, his standards are clearly extremely low and he has no idea how to treat existing or grow business.

Fantastic work, Chris was friendly, took us through everything he was doing and kept us informed. It was quite a difficult dirty job but he had no complaints, and was a delight throughout. Would recommend to anybody.

The engineer was prompt, polite and extremely efficient - even tidying up after himself! Would definitely recommend and will be using again :-)
