Called out on aSunday afternoon to remove gas fire so a trapped bird could be rescued. Ash was there within an hour and quickly not only did the job but put an 82 year old’s mind at rest. (& enabled a pigeon to be released) Great service.

Rang Ashley up as an 86 year old had no heating for 3 days. He turned up 10 minutes later, temporarily sorted the problem and 48 hours later had given her a new boiler and 3 new radiators. Fantastic customer service.

Ash came out to my property on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend, after another gas engineer had failed to find any issue on the Saturday when my tenants had reported smelling gas. Ash found the problem and sorted it quickly, with a very reasonable emergency call out fee. I will now be using him for all my gas and plumbing work at my property. Really friendly guy and charges fair prices.
