Jeremy installed a new hot water heater. He was thorough and explained what and why about the installation. Jeremy knew his stuff and got the job done. Very nice young man. B&L will be our go to plumber.

Great Service!! Technician, John, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fast. I have have used other plumbing services in the past and John with B&L is the BEST. The company gave a time a frame for the work to be performed, they followed-up letting me know the status, and called to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great Customer Service! I want to give a big shout out too the operations staff and my plumber/technician Kevin. They were very supportive and helpful, and especially Kevin who did a fantastic job not only explaining everything, but helping to calm my nerves down and entertain my children as I was trying to make decisions. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Kevin ask if I had any other concerns than what I called about. I let him know I did. He took care of each one saving me another appointment and another trip charge. He had a wonderful attitude about everything and was happy to help.

I am so impressed with B& L Plumbing!!! They came out on not just a Sunday, but an Easter Sunday!! The plumber, David Baker was extremely polite and very efficient! He fixed the problem very quickly and very professionally!! I would recommend B&L Plumbing to anyone and everyone! As a matter of fact, I already told my neighbor how pleased I am with the service I got! They are the most reasonable and most accommodating professionals I have ever seen! I don’t know of any other plumbers that would come out on a Holiday! If they did, they would probably charge a fortune, but B&L was very reasonable!! It’s nice to know that company, B&L, and its employees,have integrity and outstanding customer service!!
