Absolutely terrible service !!! I originally asked them for a quote as I had a noise from my heating in the loft. They wouldn’t come to quote but asked me to video the noise, then told me it was my hot water pump. And quoted me £200, which I accepted. They came and changed the pump. It is now louder than ever, we can’t sleep because of the noise. I spoke to them and they don’t want to know, they even suggested I change it back myself, then they told me they should have charged me £250 . Even though there quote was £200. On there website they have the cheek to advertise 100% customer satisfaction. Please don’t use these cowboys.
