The guy they sent, Joe, was professional and courteous. He provided not only his expertise opinion but included options. Joe worked with my husband on options and prices. After the work was done he decided to go ahead and complete our yearly plumbing inspection in advance of our scheduled appointment at the end of the month. Once complete he proceeded to provide a detail list of preventive plumbing suggestions and the cost associated with each item. There was no pressure to complete these suggestions just merely a discussion which we liked. We would highly recommend Joe for any of your plumbing installations or repairs. You won't be disappointed!
