We used Pikes Peak Mechanical for our 6 rental properties and our own homes over 15 years. Aaron is super professional and proactive. Many times we lived out of the country and had property emergencies back in Colorado. Aaron could be trusted to deal with our tenants directly, which made our life A LOT easier. Very fair prices.

We purchased a home in the Springs but were not ready to move in yet. Our realtor referred PPM to us and they have been nothing short of amazing. To date they have: fixed a broken pipe that was gushing water after a freeze, winterized our sprinkler system, got our WH up to code, adjusted some toilet valves after a tile job, replaced a toilet and fixed our old washer faucets. Amazing communication and quick response times. We weren't even at the property for any of these fixes! Totally trustworthy and amazing, I could not recommend a better contractor of any kind. Give them all of your money. :)

Beware! We used Pikes Peak Mechanical for a few jobs through a property manager. Then we moved in ourselves and directly took a bid from them for a door that had been broken by a previous tenant. We explained in detail the importance of a correct bid, since we would be working out part of the cost with the tenant. They gave us a number and we asked to be put on the schedule. 3 weeks later, no word from them. We called and after 2 weeks of begging them to call us back, the owner Aaron emailed us (didn't call) to say that their original bid was wrong and a door replacement would be much more expensive. No apologies were given for 2 weeks of refusing to call us back or for changing their bid. No responsibility was taken for their error. At this point we had returned the tenant deposit and were obviously frustrated that their bid more than doubled. We emailed back--no response. We called--no response. Apparently Aaron and his company felt no responsibility whatsoever for the corner that they placed us in, and didn't care enough to even discuss it with us. Their card says "100% satisfaction guaranteed." Don't be fooled. They could care less about quality of service or communication.

We have experienced the best service by comparison from other companies. The details and delivery have impressed many of our owners. We have made them one our preferred companies of choice because they care about the client and the end results. When considering such service, we encourage you to use them at all times. These folks are top notch....we lacked water pressure and Aaron came out on a Sunday morning to fix the next day....he was in and out, precise in his assessment and fix, and totally trustworthy. Highest reccomendation for PPM!
