Rescue rod came to the rescue last week, replacing our leaking pipes!!the three men who came were very helpful,explained all that was being done (to my elderly mother whose house it is) and worked quickly to enable us to get water back asap. Cant praise them enough, thank you.
Jason the first man come out was brilliant he help my dad no end explaining the issue and within 2 hours we had another gentleman here to fix the job his name was Chris he was brilliant as well and spent the time talking to my father who is disabled to put his mind at easy that the job was done right. Big 5 stars for customer service. I would recommend rescue rod to all my family Friends in the future. You won't get better customer service. Thank you guys for all.your help
