Boiler broke down at 21.30 on coldest night of the year. Faced big call out fees to fix it but was given calm, easy, friendly advice over the phone and talked through how to rectify the problem. Cost me nothing and saved me a very cold night. Many thanks - fantastic service, will definitely use this service again.
