Handyman Connection of Colorado Springs

I have had multiple jobs done with Handyman Connection. The smaller jobs went well. I was put on a schedule, sent reminder notifications and those jobs carried through with no problems. The larger project involving insurance was a complete nightmare. Had my siding repaired by them from the last hail storm and that took almost a year to complete! Had multiple craftsmen assigned by this company in efforts to finish my siding. One craftsman told me one thing and the other said another. Too much back and fourth. The very last craftsman, Eric who was sent to complete the siding work was very condescending towards me and I felt disrespected in my own home. I mentioned a part of the work that was not completed and they said that was not part of the estimate even though the first craftsman (not Eric) is who included it in the scope of work to be completed. That will not be fixed unless I want to create a whole new work order. Autumn, who works in the office is great! She made many efforts to try to get this work completed for me. She followed through with any emails and phone calls. She is your go to! Overall, if you are looking for small jobs around the house this may be a go to. Anything that involves insurance or large scale projects, forget it. As much business as I have given this company and the way things at the end were handled and even the way I was treat was unsatisfactory. The only reason I will return business to them is because of Autumn!

Nick with Handyman Connection was thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made sure everything was done just right. CO inspector was in my home to inspect his work in less than 10 minutes. I believe it is because Nick did such a great job.

Very pleased with Handyman Connection. Rodney did a great job working on our French Doors, adjusting one door so it properly opens/closes again, and replacing the weather strip on another door. The service has been professional, swift and smooth. We definitely will use them again if the need arises.

The electrician, Bruce, was punctual, courteous, and neat. He offered to wear shoe covers while in my home (a first in my experience). He completed a ceiling fan installation in my bedroom’s cathedral ceiling (several feet higher than the typical ceiling). This necessitated an oblong cut through the drywall, which he did so neatly that one can barely see it. He had alerted me beforehand that he couldn’t repair the drywall, so there was no misunderstanding. Fan works perfectly & he cleaned up all the mess. Also important to mention: he was the only electrician I could find who would do a small home-based job. Two made appointments & didn’t show. About 6 others said they didn’t do small jobs. So I am doubly grateful & will gladly recommend Handyman for home electrical jobs. Ask for Bruce.

I requested handyman connection help me with repairing some drywall and a few minor repairs before I moved. Richard was fantastic!! he communicated his time of arrival (and came promptly), listened carefully to my laundry list of stuff to tackle, gave me a very fair cost, and was so kind and very skilled at drywall! He also was kind to my young kids, which is beyond the scope of his work but which I appreciated greatly. I could not have picked a better person to work with and will be certain to use Handyman connection in the future and specifically would hire Richard again eagerly. Thank you!!!
