Needed a toilet replaced fairly urgently. K&M said that they'd send someone over to measure and suggest suitable toilets. Measured and then told us that they'd have to come back and remeasure before getting a new toilet. Arranged a follow-up appointment and on the day, told us that they couldn't make it. Arranged a second follow-up appointment to be let down again. All within a span of two weeks without a functioning toilet. Excuse after excuse after I had to arrange days off work to accommodate their engineers who couldn't organise themselves.
