Super quick and professional. Jason was able to troubleshoot over the phone to get the leak to stop while the technician was on the way. Our technician, Gabriel, was fantastic- he explained everything he was doing and sent photos of the areas that he repaired and replaced for our records. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We would definitely use Big Apple again!

Wow! What a great experience! I am very happy to write a review for such a great company who is honest an up forth with everything you need to know. Today I had a braided hose from my water heater burst at 6 AM and called numerous plumbers to either find out they weren't open or they were not available until later in the afternoon, not these guys! I was happy to hear that they would be at my house within the next 1-2 hours and they were. Gabriel was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a concern with the gas line and he assured me and showed me that there was no issue at all. He fixed our issue in a matter of minutes and did very good work. I would HIGHLY recommend this great company. I will be a new homeowner soon and I added their phone number to my phone so I knew who to call in an emergency again. Thanks Big Apple!
I tired to be Mr. Fix-it and big Apple saved the day. They were reasonably priced and got to my house quickly. More than one time I was thanked for my service and they gave me a military discount. Will definitely use big Apple next time I try to be handy.
These guys saved us big time when our sewage backed up in the basement today. Got someone out within an hour on a Sunday. Their tech Alex G was super capable and good at explaining every step of the way. Promptly unclogged the pipes, diagnosed the underlying problem and even put me in touch with a recommended flood remediation company. Couldn’t have asked for more, and I’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers recently. Highly recommend Big Apple and Alex G.
