After searching out many different water heater repair men in Brampton, I finally found New Town Energy Inc. operated by Fabian Atkins who is the most down to earth person not only in his profession but as a human being as well. I am very pleased with his careful and knowledgeable work he did. His prices are very reasonable and it is so nice that he gives tips on how to fix something without paying for a professional to do the work. I certainly recommend him highly to anyone who has problems with water heaters, AC, furnace or similar devices.

I would highly recommend New Town Energy and Fabian to anyone who requires a professional, courteous and knowledgeable person in the A/C, Furnace or Gas area. His response times and professionalism are second to none and coupled with his industry knowledge it's a number I will always keep on speed dial along with recommending to friends, family and business owners. He did a commercial gas line equipment hook-up for us that he initially came in to assess to ensure he was prepared when he came back to complete the work. He not only came exactly when he said he would but completed it quickly and walked us through what he did. He is kind and courteous and made me feel confident that he would be available if we needed him again. I would recommend Fabian Atkins to all my family and friends he is very professional and knows his job well. My furnace broke down in October last year of 2017 and I was very stressed and cold because there was heating in my ???? house. I did not know what to do my friend gave me his number and he was able to get me a new furnace at a good rate and never over charged he also replace fixed my air conditioner 2 weeks ago. He is the best I give he 5 stars
