McAdams Plumbing made it easy from the very beginning. My call was returned within 3 hours, the person on the phone was very clear with cost estimates, plumber’s availability, and additional instructions which included me taking a picture of the broken hose bib to send to them. I was told exactly when the plumber would come out, got updates when they were en route, when they arrived, and also when they finished the job. Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the hose bib fixed without any problems! There were no unwanted surprises with this company. Highly recommend!!

Tim and his wife, Danielle are excellent to work with. I've never had a "regular" plumber before, but they are now the only plumbing service we use.
