We used City Gas to replace our boiler in December 2014, including installation of a nest thermostat. From the first interaction with the company we were very impressed with the personal and professional service. The installers were friendly and very tidy, with the work carried out and finished to a very high standard. The new system was explained to us, and any questions we had answered clearly. The after service provided is impeccable, including the annual safety service. We had a recent query relating to documentation, which was dealt with without any hesitation and very quickly. I would certainly recommend City Gas. As soon as you contact them I am sure you will see for yourself the clear difference between them and other heating engineers and national providers such as British Gas.

This is a fantastic local company. They came 6 hours after I called for a free quote and then installed the boiler within 48 hours! The customer service in person and over the phone has been fantastically professional and efficient and it was ~900pounds cheaper than British Gas for identical specification.
